From the very beginning, our aim was to use coffee as a vehicle for doing good. Good at origin through our purchasing practices, where hard-working coffee farmers get paid fair wages for their hard work. And good stateside, where we donate 10 lbs of food to local food banks for every pound of coffee we sell.
We're often asked how we pull this off, and the simple answer is: Sacrifice.
We sacrifice our own financial growth as a business in favor of helping those who need it more than the business does. We like to say that Our Coffee Helps People, and we've seen it firsthand. On real people's faces, and in our own communities.
And that, to us, is worth every bit of sacrifice. Because people matter.
