My Kids brought this blend to my attention when they were in Dental School. One loves the Flight of Fancy. A wonderful espresso roast. However, one child is very caffeine sensitive, as am I. SO they tried tried the Decaf Brazil. I've been using this ever since. Full Coffee flavor, without the caffeine jitters. (And enough caffeine for my soul wihtout killing me!) Love this

I’m not a huge fan of most decaf coffees, but they did a great job roasting this one. Very smooth and has none of the burnt flavor that comes from over-roasting. Love it!!
